On Monday, October 25, Will County and the Illinois Energy Conservation Authority NFP (IECA) are hosting an in-person information session for commercial property owners to learn more about Will County’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program launched this year. This program offers fixed-rate interest, long-term financing for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water conservation, and resiliency projects on commercial and industrial properties. Program administrators and participants will discuss how your organization can benefit from C-PACE, how to get your project started and completed, along with assistance to guide you through the process.
