Channahon America Recycles Day Event 2011
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Bring paper to shred, sneakers to recycle, unwanted electronics and your recycling questions to the Arrowhead Community Center on Tuesday, November 15 from 10am-12pm.
Shred-X will be onsite to shred your important unwanted documents.
Drop off or stay and watch them shred. Two box maximum.
Drop off your old sneakers for recycling.
Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe program collects old, worn-out athletic shoes for recycling, transforming them into Nike Grind, a material used in creating athletic and playground surfaces as well as select Nike products. Not sure what to do with those old electronics?
Drop off unwanted electronics.
Will County's contractor Vintage Tech, will be on hand accepting computers, laptops, monitors, printers, televisions, answering machines, all types of telephones, computer mouse devices, keyboards, zip drives, computer cables, string lights, microwaves, fax, scanners, MP3s, PDAs, video game consoles, video cassette players/recorders, DVD players
