Electronics Recycling & Document Shredding Event for America Recycles Day

Vintage Tech Recyclers and Shred-X are joining forces with the Channahon Park District to offer residents a two-hour recycling and document destruction event in honor of America Recycles Day!
The Channahon Park District is celebrating America Recycles Day with a special recycling event on Saturday, November 10 at Arrowhead Community Center. This is a free collection event and items accepted includ:
Holiday String Lights, Hair Dryers, Toaster Ovens, Vacuum Cleaners, Power Tools, Radios, MP3s,
Microwaves, Electric Shavers, Curling Irons, Electric Toothbrushes, Fans, Space Heaters and the usual items such as Computers, Laptops, Televisions, BackUp Systems, Printers, etc.
Personal documents will be shredded and recycled.
