Will County and Lewis University have partnered to offer the fifth annual Will County collection of pumpkins for recycling. From 9am to Noon on Saturday, Nov. 2, students, parents, and residents are encouraged to pitch their pumpkins and gourds! Lewis Physics Club will providing Catapults! The Farm Bureau and Unv of IL Ext office will be offering composting info and Document Destruction service will also be offered.

Celebrate America Recycles Day by improving recycling! Over the last few decades more items have become recyclable but many of them can't be placed in the curbside collection. The carts are emptied without a driver removing these items and people believe they are acceptable. We are asking you to talk with friends and neighbors about what actually is accepted with a flyer for reference!
