2020 Household Hazardous Waste & Motor Oil Collection Event in Homer Glen

Bring unwanted household chemicals such as oil-based paint, stains and variishes, along with oil, antifreeze, old gasoline, brake fluid, pesticides, fertilizers, cleaning products and more to this one-day collection event. It is free of charge for Will County residents. Mercury and most mercury containing items are accepted. Other items include: pool chemicals, recharagable batteries, lead-acid batteries, compact fluorescent lights, aerosol products and lawn chemicals.
Will County is partnering with the Village of Homer Glen to offer this event. The County will be accepting appointments through the morning of March 13.
In order to prepare for the event, appointments are no longer being accepted for this event. We have openings after 1pm. Please bring items between 1pm and 3pm and we serve you with preference given to those with appointments.
