Bolingbrook Arbor Day Celebration 2025
10:00 AM - 02:00 PM
Tree Panting ceremony at 10 a.m. at Jerry Hix Park, 502 Golden Star Drive; followed by a festival in front of Town Center from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The festival will feature free hot dogs and water (while supplies last), games, prizes, drawings, expert planting advice, tree giveaways and a community shred event, according to event organizers.
There is also an Arbor Day coloring contest, which is limited to Bolingbrook residents only. You can submit your coloring to Annerino Community Center, 201 Recreation Drive; Fountaindale Library, 300 W. Briarcliff; or BRAC, 200 Lindsey Lane.
According to the Village, there are four age categories; 3-5, 6-8, 9-13 and 14-18. Winners will be asked to participate in the tree planting on April 26. Entries are due April 13.
