Energy Efficiency Awareness Day
All Day Event
October 5, 2022, a growing network of advocates, companies, government agencies, utilities and others will showcase the benefits of energy efficiency during the 7th annual nationwide Energy Efficiency Day.
Will County has proclaimed Oct 5, 2022 as Energy Efficiency Awareness Day, joining many other local governments and businesses in a call to find ways to use energy as efficiently as possible. Homeowners may caulk windows, add wall insulation, insulate hot water pipes, purchase more energy efficient appliances, and many other actions to not only save money on utility bills, but to live more comfortably.
