Change the World is a movement to connect United Methodists across the world in service one weekend in May-locally and globally.
 

Change the World 2012 is about coming together in community and across the denomination to personify the love of Christ. It is about building community locally and fighting malaria globally.

Simply put, Change the World participants select a mission project and invite their communities to participate.

 

The chosen mission project for the community this year is Raise Awareness of the Importance of Recycling Used Batteries, and Electronics by offering a used battery drop off bin placed on local business sites, and accepting home electronics at the church during this event.
