06:00 PM - 07:00 PM
Troy Township Community Center 25448 Seil Rd Shorewood, IL, 60404
So many items are marked recyclable but many are not taken curbside. When carts are emptied by a remote arm on a truck, the driver doesn't see mistakes until it is too late to correct them Residents also like to "wishcycle" tossing items into the cart simply hoping they will be recycled. Will County's Recycling Program Specialist shares some of her 35 years professional experience offering information on an array of every day items and where they can be recycled, reused or hazardously disposed, if necessary. Bring an item to the presentation and be assured your question is on the minds of others becuase recycling has become confusing for many.
