STOP by Plum Creek Nature Center and choose how your jack-o’-lantern will meet its demise — pounded to a pulp, rolled into a heap or dropped over a railing. It’s going to be a smashing good time! Work up an appetite smashing your pumpkin then enjoy roasting marshmallows.
Bring your pumpkin Forest Preserve's Nature Cener Check in area to ensure your pumpkins are compost ready — free of plastics, candles or other foreign objects.
No registration required.
This event will take place on paved paths and natural surfaces across uneven terrain. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service to participate in this program should submit a request online no later than 48 hours before the program.
