Joliet Paper Shredding Event - Cass St (09:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Joliet residents are invited to bring up to two boxes of personal papers and documents to observe the on-site mobile shredding process by Shred X, a local business specializing in document destruction. Residents must show proof of Joliet residency to participate in this event. Papers include: Medical records, Legal papers, Canceled checks, Bank/financial statements, Credit card statements or offers, All shredded paper will be recycled.

Jeff Green, from the Illinois Renewable Energy Association, will present a beginning photovoltaic workshop for those interested in learning how to "green" their homes with a renewable energy source!
